Nick Gatfield has decades of experience at the highest levels of the music industry. As well as being appointed chairman & CEO of Sony Music UK, he previously has held president positions at EMI, Island Records and Polydor Records.
Nick was personally responsible for signing major acts including Amy Winehouse, Radiohead, Katy Perry and One Direction, while overseeing a team of around one thousand staff and an annual revenue of over £3 billion. After leaving Sony Music, he founded music-focussed angel investment company Twin Music.

Michael Kooik Jeoung is the CEO of TrustVerse, a company shaping the future of digital finance.
