Mark Gillespie (Senior Advisor)
An Englishman with a stronghold in Hollywood, Mark Gillespie is the career-long manager of superstar DJ Calvin Harris and Will Smith and his family. He won a Billboard Game Changer Award in 2021 and has made deals with Jay-Z and partnered with Roc-A-Fella Records.
The CEO of Three Six Zero is highly connected in the music and film industry. Always forward-thinking, Gillespie has spoken out about the potential MFTs have for the world of entertainment, and made investments in crypto projects like Audius and Stem.
About his Senior Advisor role, Gillespie says: “I’m hugely excited to be advising Lee Parsons and the team at Opulous and helping bring what I believe is a revolutionary product to the world. Opulous is undoubtedly a game-changer and I’m very proud to be involved.”
Jay Moore (Chief Investment Officer)
As a Senior Director of Investments at Kobalt — one of the world’s biggest music publishers -, the Los Angeles resident Jay Moore has become a music industry recognized financial expert.
With influential contacts across the industry and years of experience managing the acquisition of billions of dollars of music rights, Moore will lead and evaluate new investment projects to be sold through the Opulous platform.
Joe Mason (Head of Artist Services)
Operating from London, Joe Mason will oversee all artist projects at Opulous. Previously he worked at Ditto Music as Head of the UK Label team, releasing a range of chart-topping music from artists including D-Block Europe, Russ Millions, Darkoo, and Sarkodie.
Tom Napper (Head of Social Media)
Another Ditto Music legend, Tom Napper will now bring his social media wizzardy to Opulous. Out of London, he will operate the worlds of Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok to spread the word on OPUL, promote MFT releases, and grow our community.
Oliver Bell (Advisor)
A born entrepreneur, Oliver Bell founded one of the biggest E-commerce sites ($1.4m turnover) for selling in-game digital currencies at the age of 19. He got into the crypto space in 2013 and founded his own blockchain project Xcad last year.
With Xcad, the London based Bell is revolutionizing the revenue streams for YouTubers whilst viewers can earn rewards. A mission similar to what Opulous is doing for artists and fans.
Christina Beltramini (Advisor)
One of the leading forces in TikTok becoming the go-to platform for discovering new music, is Christina Beltramini. The New York based executive has made key deals with major record labels, artist management agencies, and licensing companies.
The pandemic saw her focusing on virtual events and giving artists and fans new ways to express themselves. Trying to embolden the creator economy, Beltramini foresees MFTs to become a disruptive force that will reward creators and their communities. A belief she shares with Opulous and wants to further develop with us.
Mounia (Advisor)
Crypto investment firm Icon Plus was co-founded by Mounia. She played a key role in adding Opulous to their portfolio as well as projects like Serum, ICON and Solana.
She lives in The Netherlands and recognizes the opportunities our MFTs and DeFi Loans will give to artists and particiaptors. With her hands-on approach, Mounia will help Opulous to fully utilize the advantages a decentralized platform can offer.
